An Exhibitor needs to apply for Line of Business. An Exhibitor may only trade in items approved by Hemingways Centre Management.
Exhibitor to present their proof of Public Liability Insurance Cover.
Promotions & Exhibitions are required to be professional of top-class standard display. Exhibits must add value to the Shopping Experience. Preference will be given to displays that make use of kiosks.
All exhibitions must be manned during Hemingways Mall trading hours, namely 09h00 to 19h00. At peak season extended shopping hours apply.
All equipment on the stand must comply with fire and safety regulations.
